GPS tracker help, from people who fitted it.
Most issues have a quick fix. If yours does not, raise a ticket or message us and our support team takes it from there.
Quick fixes.
Try these first. They solve most problems in a few minutes. Looking for the app? See the Navrakshak app page.
Device shows offline
Check the vehicle battery and the main fuse. If the vehicle was parked for days, start it and drive for ten minutes. Still offline? Raise a ticket with the vehicle number.
Location not updating
The device needs a view of the sky. Long stays in basements or covered sheds pause the fix. Drive out into the open and it catches up, including the stored positions.
Location jumps around
Short jumps near tall buildings or under flyovers are normal GPS behaviour. If a vehicle shows far from where it is, tell us and we check the antenna and fitment.
Battery or power alerts
A power cut alert means the main supply to the device was lost. Check for loose wiring or a disconnected battery, then call us if it repeats.
Cannot log in to the app
Use the forgot password option on the login screen. If your account has expired, contact us for renewal and access is restored the same day.
Renewal due
We remind you before the renewal date. Pay by bank transfer or UPI and your data plan continues without a break.

How often does the tracker send location?
Every 10 seconds while moving on most vehicle trackers, and a heartbeat when parked. We can change the interval for you.
What does the warranty cover?
Devices carry a 12 months warranty on manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water damage beyond the rated sealing and tampered wiring are not covered.
Can I move a tracker to another vehicle?
Yes. Our installer removes and refits it, and we update the vehicle details in your account.
Do you share my location data?
No. Your data is visible to your account and the people you add. AIS-140 devices also report to the state backend because the law requires it.
